- 10 days FULL refund policy for online card payments only.
- Cash or card payments on delivery will be refund in 5-7 business days.
- Sale items are non returnable.
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.
- Card refunds take up to 7-14 days refunded back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.
- We offer an extra 10% order value on top of refunds if you choose to receive credit rather than a full card refund.
- We offer 1 free exchange to UAE customers if you are changing the size only, please send us an email to confirm your size and arrange an exchange at venuste.shop@gmail.com
